Please also note that the dry season (Apr-Nov) is a great time to visit Bolivia and the Salt Flats, however, the mirror effect of the flooded salt flats against the sky is normally not possible due to lack of rain. During the wet season (Dec-Mar), the salt flats will flood allowing for the reflection effect for photography.
